By combining responsible sourcing, in-house development, and third-party testing, we ensure consistent quality across different product categories and customer requirements.
FSC-Certified Natural Rubber
We work with material vendors that supply FSC-certified natural rubber latex, sourced from responsibly managed plantations. FSC certification ensures that the raw materials come from forests and plantations managed with respect for environmental protection, social responsibility, and long-term sustainability. By selecting FSC-certified rubber for applicable components, we support responsible sourcing practices while maintaining stable performance standards for neoprene footwear production
Bio-Based SBR
Our factory currently uses bio-based SBR compounds for selected rubber components in neoprene boot production. Compared with conventional SBR, bio-based SBR incorporates renewable raw materials, helping reduce reliance on fossil-based resources. This material choice supports more responsible sourcing practices while maintaining stable performance and processing characteristics required for footwear manufacturing. Bio-based SBR is applied where appropriate, based on product design and customer requirements
Biodegradable SBR
Certain SBR materials used in selected production programs are designed to exhibit biodegradable characteristics under specific natural conditions
These materials are applied based on customer requirements and product design, while maintaining the performance and processing stability required for footwear manufacturing. Material application depends on project scope and specifications
Recyclable & Alternative Materials
We work with selected recyclable and alternative materials in both development and production, depending on product structure, performance requirements, and customer specifications
These materials may include recyclable textiles, recyclable nano protective toe caps, and YULEX® plant-based natural rubber materials used in selected footwear components
Outsole Performance
We specialize in rubber outsole solutions for safety and occupational footwear.
Selected outsole systems have been tested by Intertek in accordance with relevant ASTM and EN ISO standards, including:
• Slip Resistance (ASTM F2913 / EN ISO 20344)
• Electrical Hazard / ESD (ASTM F2412 / EN IEC 61340)
• Chemical Resistance (ASTM D471)
• Flexing & Durability (SATRA TM92 / ISO 4643)
Depending on project requirements, we work with established outsole brands such as Vibram, as well as proprietary rubber compounds developed in-house.
OrthoLite® Insoles
Many brands specify OrthoLite® insoles for neoprene boots due to their consistent cushioning performance and long-term comfort. OrthoLite® foam features an open-cell structure that supports breathability and moisture management, helping improve wearing comfort during extended use. The material maintains its shape and resilience over time, making it suitable for repeated wear and mass production. OrthoLite® insoles are available as an option based on customer requirements and product design
