Production Equipment

Our production equipment is selected to support stable, repeatable, and large-scale manufacturing. From R&D and material preparation to component cutting and assembly, each system is configured to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency throughout the production process.

R&D & Product Development

Two Japanese Screen’s Katana Imagesetters

These machines are used to produce screen plates for rubber printing on neoprene sock uppers. During production, rubber is printed onto the sock to create positioning areas, which help ensure that rubber sheets are placed accurately on the forming line. This process helps improve accuracy and consistency during mass production

Neoprene Sock Upper Department

FK Group (Italy) Automated Cutting System for Neoprene Components

We operate two automated cutting system from FK Group (Italy) for the production of neoprene sock components.

With dedicated cutting software, the system can cut up to ten layers of neoprene sheets in a single operation, producing multiple components at the same time.

This process ensures consistent cutting accuracy while improving production efficiency, making it suitable for repeatable, volume-based manufacturing.

Multi-Pass Screen Printing for Logos

For logos on neoprene sock products, we use a multi-pass screen printing process rather than standard transfer printing.

Logos are typically applied in six or more printing passes, allowing the ink to bond more securely with the material.

Each pass is followed by controlled drying using a dedicated curing system, ensuring durability and consistency over repeated use.

Rubber Compounding & Sheeting Department

The department operates 7 rubber mixing mills and 4 rubber calendering machines, supporting stable production of neoprene sheets used in cutting and printing processes.
